IBPS has notified about the results for this CWE, in which, more than 7.5 lakh candidates had appeared. Unlike the previous year, the result would not be restricted to the pass or fail status, instead, it will consist the minimum standard score in each exam and their TWS (Total Weighted Standard Score).
Some of the main aspects of the results announced with relation to this IBPS PO CWE are as follows:
Checking Your Score: The candidates can check their individual sectional scores and their TWS by using the details such as roll number, DOB, etc. Successful and unsuccessful candidates both can view their scores.
Qualifying Marks: The candidates need to secure above 24 marks (general candidates) and above 21 marks (reserved category candidates) in each sections individually and their TWS must be 135 (General/OBC), 127 (SC) and 106 (ST).
Negative marking: For every wrong answer given by the candidates in the CWE, there would be a deduction of 0.25 marks. Therefore, it is a possibility that the candidates may get a zero.
Descriptive paper: The candidates should at least have the minimum marks required for their descriptive paper to be evaluated.
Rechecking papers: The process of rechecking will not take place under any circumstances
