Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 45 years as on 31-01-2012, age relaxation is as per Govt rules
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be Post Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty
Application Fee: Rs 225/- for Gen/OBC candidates (Fee exempted for SC/ST/PWD/Departmental/Female/Ex Servicemen Candidates. Pay fee as DD drawn in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No. I’ in any scheduled bank payable at the respective city of the State
