LIC APPRENTICE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER 2013(ADO) in order to fill 5,201 vacancies across all over india.The vacancies are for all the 8 zonal offices i.e. for central zone it has 349 vacancies, for east central zone 564 vacancies, for north central zone 569 vacancies, for south central zone 613 vacancies, for east zone 669, for north zone 817, for south zone 679 and for the west zone 941 vacancies. It is a good chance for the job seekers who want to make his career in the insurance sector. The recruitment details have already been uploaded on the official website of LIC i.e. www.licindia.in.

Eligibility criteria

The age limit for this is between 21 years to 30 years (not more than 30 years) as on 1st Nov 2012. (In completed years).The age relaxation for the SC/ST/EX-SERVICEMAN is applicable as per the rules. The educational qualification required for this exam is that the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The applicant who has completed their post graduation in management i.e. MBA or PGDM may be given the inclination. The candidate should be very clear about their educational background and all the information should be filled correctly while filling the application form.

Selection procedure:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of online test exam, which will be conducted on 2.2.2013 and 3.2.2013.The online test will contain objective and multiple choice question comprising of reasoning, numerical ability, GK and current affairs, English language in which good vocabulary and correct grammar is needed. The minimum marks to pass the exam will be decided by LIC. After qualifying in  the exam the candidate has to give an interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the interview. The medical examination of candidate will be done after selection in the interview.

The candidate has to fill the online application form by opening the website of LIC. The link is given to ‘APPLY ONLINE’. Before clicking this link the candidate has to open the ‘careers ‘option in it. Any other means of submission of form like postage will not be accepted. The candidate has to keep all the necessary documents in order to avoid any mistakes. After filling the application, form i.e. after the registration the application fee of Rs. 500(other than SC/ST) has to be submitted in any branch of state bank of India.The fee will be accepted from the second working day of registration. After submission of fee the registration process will be completed.
