There are total 1610 vacancies (879 for UR, 470 for OBC and 261 for SC; out of which 26 for OH and 26 for VH) in MCD Delhi for Special Educator (Primary).
Applicants should have a degree of Senior Secondary School (12th class) or its equivalent from a recognized board/institutions and 2 years Diploma programme in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India in any category of disability or any other equivalent qualification approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India and Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE to apply for DSSSB Special Educator recruitment 2012.

Maximum age should be 30 years to apply for DSSSB vacancy 2012 of Special Educator. Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category shall be implied as per the rules.
A preliminary examination of objective types of questions will be conducted by DSSSB for 1 hour duration. There will be a main examination too of descriptive types of questions for the qualified candidates of preliminary examination for the duration of 2 hours in written examination of DSSSB Special Educator vacancy.
