Age: Maximum age limit for the posts at Sl. No. 1 to 3 is 50 years, for the posts at SI. No. 4 to 7 is 40 years and for the posts at SI. No. 8 to 9 is 30 years as on 01/01/2012.

Application Fee: Application fees is Rs. 500/for applicants under General category, Rs. 300/for BC/EBC and Rs. 250/for SC/ ST candidates paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring State Health Society Bihar.
