Oriental Insurance jobs for Administrative Officers post Recruitment 2012 notification

Post of Administrative Officers (Scale – I) in specialized discipline of Actuaries, Marketing & Sales, Human Resource (HR), Information Technology (Hardware, Software & Networking), Accounts, Law, Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical & Civil), Librarian and Generalist.

There are total 477 vacancies (69 for SC, 35 for ST, 141 for OBC and 232 for General) in Oriental Insurance Company for Administrative Officers under the “Recruitment Project 2011-2012”.

Qualification:

Candidates should have a degree of post graduate with at least 55% in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or a degree of graduation with minimum 60% marks and pass in at least 4 papers of the examination conducted by Actuarial Society of India to apply for Oriental Insurance Actuaries recruitment 2012.

Candidates should have a degree of PG with MBA (Marketing/Sales) with minimum 55% marks in aggregate to apply for Oriental Insurance Marketing recruitment 2012.


Age Limit:

Minimum age should be 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 1st January, 2012 for general candidates. Relaxation in age for reserved category is available as per the government rules.


Selection of a candidate will be made on the basis of performance in written examination and interview test. Oriental Insurance recruitment 2012 for Administrative Officers syllabus of written exam will comprise test of Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Professional Knowledge Test. There will be a descriptive test also for English language comprising of Essay, Precis and Comprehension.


Date:

Oriental Insurance Company Administrative exam date for written test is scheduled on 8th April, 2012.

Fee:

SC/ST/PWD and confirmed employees of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. are exempted from paying the application fee. All other applicants have to pay Rs. 500. Fee can be remitted in any of the offices of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. by Cash/DD/Bankers cheque during the cash collection hours.

Applicants can download payment Challan from www.oiclao2012.com. You can find the offices of OICL visiting www.orientalinsurance.org.in clicking over “Office Locator”. The amount should be deposited in the account number 3034 under TXN Code No. 51-80. Candidates should keep the details of Doc number, date of receipt, office code, account code and name of the applicant before proceeding to the Oriental Insurance Administrative Officer Online Application Form 2012.
