Sisodia said that talks with Delhi Police officials are in the final stage but Anna is not coming out of jail as of now.
He said that Anna has demanded Ramlila Ground as a venue for the anshan but impasse is continued over period of protest. Delhi Police has been offering 5-days for Anshan while Anna wants at least one month time.
Earlier, Swami Agnivesh, who met Anna inside the jail, said that he would come out of the jail any moment.
Meanwhile, top key aides, including Swami Agnivesh, Kiran Bedi, Manish Sisodia and Medha Patker are meeting Anna inside the jail.
Anna will directly head to JP Narayan Park to continue his fast against Government version of Lokpal Bill.
However, it is not officially confirmed that Delhi Police and Government bowed to Anna’s demand of unconditioned release and permission to hold Anshan at the JP Park.
According to the reports coming from Team Anna, permission has been granted to hold Anshan at JP Park.
Prashant Bhushan said while addressing a massive crowd outside that they will not compromise with police and government even on a single point. He also said that Anna will move out of court soon.
Meanwhile, Team Anna has been holding meeting with top Delhi Police officials.
Team Anna member and former IPS Kiran Bedi said that peaceful protest will continue at JP Park for stronger Jan Lokpal Bill.
Earlier, Anna Hazare sought permission from Tihar Jail authorities for a meeting with some of his top associates to plan his strategy.
Jail sources said he sought permission for holding a meeting with associates like Kiran Bedi, Swami Agnivesh and lawyer Prashant Bhushan before his likely decision to come out.
The associates had earlier said that Hazare was likely to come out of the jail anytime and may go to JP Park, his preferred venue for the indefinite fast in support of his campaign for a strong Lokpal.
Inside the jail, another associate Arvind Kejriwal is with Hazare and has refused to come out.
Team Anna member Manish Sisodia informed the massive gathering outside at Tihar Jail that Anna's anshan is continued inside the jail till Delhi Government gives written permission without any condition to hold protest.
